TDS Project Management Limited is a New Zealand-based property development and construction management company, specialising in medium to high-density residential projects across Auckland. We offer end-to-end solutions covering site acquisition, development planning, design coordination, construction, and full project delivery — whether for our own developments or third-party clients.
To date, TDS has successfully completed two residential developments with a combined value of approximately NZD $18 million. Currently, we are managing two additional projects comprising 26 standalone townhouses, with a total projected value of NZD $27 million.
